At Temple Coffee Roasters, we strive for excellence in every roast; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable items and resolution for quality concerns within 30 days.

Return Process

    Contact Our Team

    Email our customer support within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

    Review Policy

    Please note that while whole bean coffee is non-returnable due to its perishable nature, we will replace any order that does not meet our quality standards.

    Ship Your Item

    For brewing equipment or merchandise, ensure the item is in its original packaging and ship it back to our Sacramento roastery using the provided return label.

    Receive Refund

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
